Official Rules: The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) (”US”). You must be 18 years old or older to enter. Only one entry is allowed and multiple entries will be disqualified. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prizes: Two (2) grand prizes consisting each of a $50 (fifty dollars in cheesy cash) in Cheesy Cash Contest ends 2/16/17 at 11:59pm.

Duration of the Giveaway: 12/19/16 through 2/16/17, Noon.

Odds: The Odds of winning the prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Selection of Potential Winners: One potential winner will be determined by random drawing from all entries received, to be held on 2/16/17. The potential winner will be notified by e-mail within two (2) days of the drawing. Potential winner will have three (3) days from notification to accept the prize by responding to the email notification.

Winners List: A winner’s list (First Name, Last Name, and City or Town) will be posted on the PunchBugKIDS homepage.

Privacy Policy: We only collect personal information to complete the entry to the Giveaway. This includes any information that can be used to identify you individually, such as name, e-mail address and mailing address. We will never sell or rent any personal information to any third party for marketing, commercial, or any other purpose. The information will be used for the distribution of prizes and may be used by PunchBugKIDS for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. You must provide this information in order to participate in the competition.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final. PunchBugKIDS, LLC (Sponsor) reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time if a computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Giveaway. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from all entries received prior to the time of cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Giveaway at any time, and reserve the right, but not the obligation, to award a substitute prize.

By participating in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from acceptance, or use of any prize, including without limitation (to the extent permitted by law), personal injury, and death.
