Scarecrow Competition & Display

Peddler's Village, Lahaska

Larger-than-life scarecrow creations will be on display at Peddler’s Village from Monday, September 10 through Sunday, October 28, 2018. The public is invited to vote for the winners until October 8. Vote for your favorites in six categories: Quite the Character, Traditional, Thrills with Chills, Group, Kids Only and NEW! Philly Pride.

Ballots are available in all shops, the Hospitality Center at the Cock 'n Bull, Giggleberry Fair, and the Buttonwood Grill.

Don't miss our annual Pumpkin Festivalhere on None Such Farm! The festival has been running for over 15 years now. It has changed over the years, but one thing remains the same, it is still a fun day on the farm. The Pumpkin Festival runs weekends in October, 10 am to 4 pm (weather permitting).

The Railroad is a safe place to enjoy the festive Halloween events, so bring the kids and ride aboard this 45 minute spooky fun Trick or Treat Train Excursion. Children of all ages are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costumes, helping to make the train a child friendly scary sight.
Enjoy the ride while participating in the reading of Spookley the Square Pumpkin children’s book combined with fun and cheerful songs. Afterwards, trick or treat around the New Hope train station for more surprises!
Trick or Treat bags, assorted trinkets and candy will be given out onboard as well as at the station!
