Paddleboarding with Your Dog

During this lesson, paddlers will learn the fundamentals and safety techniques for successful paddling with their dogs. Beginning with land training, our instructors will cover critical skills, such as how to get your pup on the board, how to use a leash effectively while paddling, how to maintain balance, and how to safely start out on the water. Our instructors will also review proper fitting for a life vest (PFD) for your dog. Pup life jackets are highly recommended. Once paddlers and pups are confident and comfortable, we'll venture into shallow water. All necessary paddling equipment is provided.
