Every year, the Academy celebrates all things prehistoric during Paleopalooza, a two-day festival of fossils. We offer new and exciting activities each year, along with our most popular and recurring attractions. Paleopalooza favorites include: New Auditorium Shows with Field Station Dinosaurs, Franklin Institute Astromer Derrick Pitts, Academy Paleontologist Ted Daeschler ~ Jurassic Park Motor Pool ~ T. rex encounters from Field Station Dinosaurs ~ Artist Ray Troll drawing Hadrosaurus in our Drawn to Dinosaurs exhibit ~ Guided Tours of Dinosaur Hall.
