The Art of Caking Series

If your child loves cakes (and who doesn’t), these classes are perfect for your young adult. This is a series of 3 classes where your young baker in training learns the art of making the perfect cake, frosting, and filling. And for the final class your child will be able to decorate their own cake. From top to bottom we will go over the basics of cake preparation and much more. In this second class, the students will learn how to prepare both frostings and fillings. We will be teaching how to make regular buttercream, Swiss meringue buttercream, and chocolate ganache. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
