There is a cure for colic! Learn how to calm and soothe your crying newborn and gain 1-3 hours of sleep each night. Techniques taught are based on Dr Harvey Karp's discovery of the calming reflex. This is the incredible “off-switch” for infant crying and the "on-switch" for baby sleep. This technique can soothe most fussy babies in minutes or less.. Emily has such a passion in bringing awareness to parents and teaching them how easy it really can be to calm a crying and frantic baby. This class can be taken while pregnant or once your baby has arrived. Babies are welcome and encouraged in class.

Our "Turtle 1" lessons are a small group introductory skills course for children ages three and up. In this course, children focus on preparing for swim stroke classes by learning the basics of "face-in" breathing and being able to demonstrate propulsion techniques. All of our classes vary on both age and skill level.
