Learn an extraordinary approach to calm your baby. New parents will learn step by step how to help babies sleep longer & how to soothe even the fussiest infant in minutes…or less. You are welcome during your pregnancy or with your baby up to 3 months old. You should bring your baby to class. This class is taught by a certified Happiest Baby instructor & the fee includes instructional DVD, soothing sounds CD, and swaddle blanket.
New Mommy Breastfeeding Meet-Up

Our weekly group is a safe place for mothers to get breastfeeding support, as well as develop friendship and community. New Mommy Meet Up is an open discussion of breastfeeding, mothering, sleeping, parenting and anything else that comes up. Although facilitated by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mother to mother advice and support are invaluable tools on your breastfeeding journey. We do not require pre registration for our Mommy Meet Up, drop in when it's convenient for you!

Baby Basics

This class is an introduction for expectant parents, adoptive parents, grandparents, nannies & caregivers to all aspects of infant care. Topics include but are not limited to: basic infant care including feeding, bathing, diapering, and characteristics of the newborn. A child passenger safety seat technician will provide training in the proper use & installation of child safety car seats. When available, a pediatrician will also be present for part of the class.
