We will provide a ride leader who will lead you on the route, answer questions, and assist with mechanical issues. Learn about the rules of the road, how to ride in a paceline, and basic bike maintenance skills, including how to fix a flat tire! All rides start and end at the store. We will have post ride coffee and snacks.
Helmets are required. We highly suggest a front and rear blinking light.

Details: During the annual Spoleto Festival USA in late May and early June, Grace Church Cathedral operates a Tea Room and a gift shop, the Church Mouse Boutique. Lunch is served Monday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The entire parish is involved in the Tea Room, from planning and publicity to food preparation and cleaning up afterward. Grace welcomes many visitors to Grace during these two weeks, and everyone makes new friends while working together for a good cause. All the proceeds from the Tea Room and Gift Shop are used to support the outreach efforts in our community.

Details: Charleston Men’s Chorus was founded in 1990 when Alfred Pinckney convinced some fellow Rotarians and their friends there was a place in the Lowcountry arts community for the distinctive harmonies of a male chorus. The chorus is best known for its annual Christmas Concert held at the Sottile Theatre, and performances in Piccolo Spoleto, especially the Memorial Day concert, enthusiastically received by a full house at St. Philip’s Church.

Ackerman Park is a popular and easily accessible City-owned park that is also adjacent to an underutilized commercial strip center on St. Andrews Boulevard. The WAFM has the potential to be a catalyst in the revitalization of the area – similar to how the downtown CFM was instrumental in the revitalization of Marion Square.

Details: Weather permitting, Lowcountry Stargazers will host "Astronomy in the Park" at Brittlebank Park, most Wednesdays from sunset until 9pm (10pm DST), weather permitting. Stop by after work or before dinner and see what the universe has to offer. Our members will have a telescope or two set up, and will be available to answer your questions about the night sky.
We will set up at the north end of the park opposite the Marriott Hotel, and for those attending, we ask that you park in designated parking spaces, and not on the grass.
