During the month of December, Americans and people around the world celebrate many different holidays. This mini-meal highlights three very popular ones – Christmas, Hanukah and Kwanzaa. We will learn how to make: Holiday Ham - Christmas, Potato Latkes – Hanukah, and Benne Cakes - Kwanzaa. Class participants receive a 10% discount on merchandise on the day of their class.
