The Art of Caking Series: Valentines Day

If your child loves cakes (and who doesn’t), these classes are perfect for your young adult. This is a series of 3 classes where your young baker in training learns the art of making the perfect cake, frosting, and filling. And for the final class your child will be able to decorate their own cake. In the first class the students will learn how to prepare a Hidden Heart Vanilla Cake, a Hazelnut Chocolate cake and a Red Velvet cake which will serve as the basis for all other cake recipes.Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
