Our " Young Minnow" classes are designed for children 18 months to 35 months. Our classes vary depending on both age and skill level. The instructor works one-on-one with each child following the same structure and emphasis on water survival as our infant class. Parents are required to sit on the pool deck during class.

It's a blend of grace and strength building movements that target the total body and leave you feeling long, lean, and strong. Improve your balance, core, strength, flexibility, and posture all while bonding with your little one! A 45 minute pilates class which follows a system of controlled exercises that engage to the mind and condition the total body. It blends strength and flexibility to improve posture, reduce stress, and create long, lean muscles. This class is designed to get work your core and redefine abdominal strength, posture, balance, and alignment post pregnancy! Bring a mat! All Fitness4U classes are babywearing, stroller, and prenatal friendly! Kids of all ages are welcome!
Rhythm Babies LLC is a traveling company providing early childhood music classes for schools, birthdays, and special events. Our classes focus on a music readiness program with grown up and baby. This program hones skills such as rhythm, melody, and beat. Our music classes are not only an educational bonding experience for parent and child, but a social activity that helps moms connect with other parents and babies. Classes introduce a new theme each week
In this class, we are going over the basics of knife skills. The kids are going to learn how to properly use a knife and different types of cuts. Also, all the food that they will be cutting they will use to prepare 3 delicious recipes. The Menu: Hummus with fresh cut vegetables,Lettuce Wraps with ground turkey, diced veggies and soy ginger dipping sauce, And for dessert some delicious bread pudding.
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Boys and/or Girls Unlimited Monthly Basketball Group Training! Boys and Girls groups are separate. **Sessions also available Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6:30. Come to one, or come to all four!
Our weekly group is a safe place for mothers to get breastfeeding support, as well as develop friendship and community. New Mommy Meet Up is an open discussion of breastfeeding, mothering, sleeping, parenting and anything else that comes up. Although facilitated by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mother to mother advice and support are invaluable tools on your breastfeeding journey. We do not require pre registration for our Mommy Meet Up, drop in when it's convenient for you!
The Flyers Skate Zones have everything you need for the perfect afternoon and evening out with your friends and family. We will start with sketches and drawing, work into colorful drawing, then expand into watercolor painting. With a small class, we can zero in on individual abilities and promote personal style development.
Is your pre-teen constantly tapping on the furniture? While learning to play the drums is fun and a great skill, it can get pretty loud. This course allows your child to explore the rhythmic side of music without you having to deal with the noise! In this educational and interactive percussion ensemble, the students will learn essential snare pad fundamentals with a focus on technique, and musical interaction. These techniques can then be transferred to hand percussion, or the drum set.

Our "Tadpole" class is our introductory class for all infants and helps us get them used to the water, reducing their fear and the potential for tears. Using our parent assisted approach, we will work with you and show you how to swim safely with your child.
Our instructor Melody will introduce children to the beautiful Chinese language. In this fun class, students will learn the basics of the language including: numbers, foods, animals, body parts, basic greetings, songs, chants, short stories, and more.
Creativity comes naturally to kids. This workshop will give students the ability to observe his/her environment and channel that innate creativity into art. During the time of the course, we will collect items and fill up the journal with ideas and samples. Projects include: drawing, painting, collaging and 3-dimensional. We will talk about different artists and their approach to art. The goal of the workshop is to help the young artist to discover their own creativity and find pleasure applying it into artforms. Once the class is done, the student will have an art journal of their own!
Our "Swimboree" class focuses on water survival. Babies are taught these skills on a one-on-one basis through a structured program of songs, games and fun. Entry into this class can only come after our "Tadpole" course is completed and our instructor thinks your baby is ready. All of our classes vary on both age and skill level.

In this class, students will learn basic puppetering, sewing and sculpture techniques to make their own stop motion puppet short films. Students will design and sew their own character, like a pokemon or legoman, or they can sculpt it. Incorporating sewing and sculpting allows students to explore multiple methods of creating stop motion. The end result is a movie that students can share with friends and family!

This is our "Shark 1" course. Our classes vary on both age and skill level. This course is for children who have perfected the basic swimming skills and are ready to refine their stroke and breathing techniques, as well as increasing stamina in all four strokes. There is a cure for colic! Learn how to calm and soothe your crying newborn and gain 1-3 hours of sleep each night. Techniques taught are based on Dr Harvey Karp's discovery of the calming reflex. This is the incredible “off-switch” for infant crying and the "on-switch" for baby sleep. This technique can soothe most fussy babies in minutes or less.. Emily has such a passion in bringing awareness to parents and teaching them how easy it really can be to calm a crying and frantic baby.
