A mindful yoga practice offers an opportunity for you to breathe with movement, connect with your baby, and prepare for labor. This class will guide you through a practice that helps you to release muscle tension, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility & fitness, enhance balance, calm the nervous system, and improve circulation in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Weekend activities are free with admission, but an extra ticket is required for the Frogs exhibit.

Welcome to Junior Gym! This class provides an introduction to basic gymnastic skills, obstacle courses, hand-eye coordination and independent play. Kid Fit instructors will take students through various circuits and custom-made adventures for this first level skill-builder class.

This program is geared towards boys and girls ages 3 1/2 and older. Each 8 class session is conducted by our certified instructors. After each 45 minute session, the children 10 & Under receive a complementary soft pretzel and juice, and can they play in our FANTASTIC FUNZONE (Parental attention required).
