If they can walk, they can jump! Toddler Time at Sky Zone is a special time just for the little ones, where they can explore exciting new ways to be active, all while staying safe. All Toddler Time activities are specifically designed for children. All toddlers must wear SkySocks
*Toddler Jump will be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and Sunday from 9:30am-11:00am.

This year the Museum is teaming up with our friends from Paws Discovery Farm for our annual Pumpkin PAWlooza! Activities at Paws Discovery Farm include: PONY RIDES, decorate-a-pumpkin, hayride, petting zoo and an obstacle course courtesy of Kid Fit. Activities at the Garden State Discovery Museum include: fall crafts, a moon bounce and a PAWS Patrol meet and greet. The admission bracelet is good for both locations!

The focus of this program is to give parents/ caregivers and their tots an opportunity to bond while appreciating the art of cooking. Each week will feature a specific book read and then we will prepare food to accompany the book. This is a hands on cooperative learning experience benefiting both parent and child.
Dancers will study many styles of Jazz and Tap during this fun and energetic class in a confident, upbeat environment. Girls and boys are required to wear comfortable athletic clothing that is easy move in. Please pull hair off face to ensure safety and bring your Tap and Jazz shoes to class. *Dancers will perform a showcase for family and friends the last week of the program!

Join us for this fun and relaxing Baby and Me class for babies up to age 15 months. This yoga class will be a playful bonding activity for you and your baby! We will incorporate stretching, static poses, and focusing on the breath, along with increasing strength and flexibility. Baby will also benefit, not only from the bonding experience, but Yoga aids in digestion and may help baby sleep more soundly. The class is open to all levels, from beginners to advance practitioners. Please bring your yoga mat and water. Come practice with us!

This is a baby/toddler experience that is fun for kids and parents! That's right, kids ages 5 & under are instructed in self expression through live music. It is highly interactive and educational. It is also FREE with a suggested donation of $5! Not to mention . . . parents get a chance to sit back, relax and enjoy a hot or cold beverage for once. The Treehouse Coffee Shop offers healthy, home grown food, snacks and drinks! Come check it out!
Our weekly group is a safe place for mothers to get breastfeeding support, as well as develop friendship and community. New Mommy Meet Up is an open discussion of breastfeeding, mothering, sleeping, parenting and anything else that comes up. Although facilitated by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mother to mother advice and support are invaluable tools on your breastfeeding journey. We do not require pre registration for our Mommy Meet Up, drop in when it's convenient for you!
Join us to learn the basic strokes of baby massage. Using a gentle touch with your baby builds love and respect as you learn to calm, engage, play and ease fussiness in your baby! Infant massage enhances well-being, brain development, immune and nervous system health, circulation, digestion, relaxation and sleep, and can relieve gas, constipation, colic and stress. Please bring a baby blanket for your baby to lay on.

The class is designed for ages 3-6 and will require a leotard, tights,ballet, and tap shoes. *Students enrolled in this 10 week program, will perform an end of session showcase for their family and friends!

Children in Grades K through 5 will bend, twist, jump, sing, relax, and unwind. The children will be guided through yoga postures, songs, games, breath control, and meditation (yes!). Yoga will help your child develop a creative, calm, balanced mind and a strong, agile, flexible body. Our Little Pretzels have fun and act silly while improving concentration, body awareness, focus, and self-confidence!
Children ages Twelve Months up to Three and half years old along with their parents/caregivers are invited to learn through play. Lead by an instructor, each class will offer a session full of music, stories, movement & fun.

This cooking program is designed to teach kids about healthful eating. Children will learn how to make nutritional snacks and meals, using fresh garden vegetables as well as healthy alternatives to popular favorites. We will also learn to safely use knives, stove, oven, and blender. Each child will earn a certificate of accomplishment and receive a book of recipes upon completion of the course.

Our "Starfish" lessons are a small group introductory skills course for children ages three and up. In this course, children focus on preparing for swim stroke classes by learning the basics of "face-in" breathing and being able to demonstrate propulsion techniques. All of our classes vary on both age and skill level.

Each week, we will review a different area of development - cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and physical development, and how to incorporate play. By stimulating baby’s senses with play we can foster strong relationships with caregivers, more restful sleep, and an overall happier baby. This class will provide parents with information and activities to implement at home while meeting other new parents to become part of a community of mindful caregivers. Babies are welcome in this class!

The Village Playbox invites you to join us for the ultimate youth theatre experience! Each student will have the chance to audition (everyone participates), act, and assist with set design, costuming and props. Your child will not only learn what it takes to produce a successful production, but they will learn the value of teamwork while they work together to produce a show of their own! *No Class November 23rd
This class includes fun exercises/stretches, hip hop routines, games, and expressing ourselves through dance. Also improves the way each child works with a partner and as a team dancer. A very upbeat, fun, and exciting beginner’s class for all boys and girls. A perfect, easy going environment for children to get to know hip hop and what future hip hop classes entail. At the end of the program, students will perform two hip hop routines learned along the course of the class! *Things needed for this class are a water bottle, clothing of choice, and sneakers/dance shoes.
If your child loves Halloween and cakes (and who doesn’t), these classes are perfect for your young adult. This is a series of 3 classes where your young baker in training learns the art of making the perfect cake, frosting, and filling. And for the final class your child will be able to decorate their own cake. From top to bottom we will go over the basics of cake preparation and much more. In the second class the students will learn how to prepare both frostings and fillings. We will be teaching how to make regular buttercream and Swiss meringue buttercream that go perfectly with cakes plus they will learn how to make chocolate ganache. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Camden Children’s Garden’s salute to Autumn and our mascot Mum Bear with pumpkin crafts, a pumpkin story and pumpkin activities, all set in the blazing colors of the Garden’s beautiful chrysanthemums. For a small fee, you can purchase and paint a pumpkin to take home, while supplies last.
What better way to kick off the fall season than with a scarecrow making class! Bring the family down (one scarecrow per family of six) to Cherry Hill’s Springdale Farms to make your very own scarecrow without worry about the cleanup. Springdale will provide straw, rope and stockings. All you need to bring is clothes to dress the scarecrow such as button down shirts and long pants with belt loops. Scarecrows can also be displayed at Harvest Festival on October 15 at Croft Farm
Enjoy a guided hike under the light of the full moon to visit nocturnal habitats that are home to owls, raccoons, opossums, and other wildlife that emerge after dark. Be there as the "night shift" awakens. Program begins at the Nature Center. Wear comfortable shoes, bug spray recommended. Hike is 1-1.5 miles.
