Our Fall Season continues with the unique experience of taking a Hayride to harvest Popcorn, Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli and Cauliflower! Hayriders pluck ears of popcorn from the stalk, dig handfuls of sweet potatoes from the soil, harvest Broccoli and Cauliflower to enjoy for their Thanksgiving diners. We give drying and cooking instructions for all of these crops. Who knew you could pop your own popcorn from the cob rather than popping a pre-packaged bag in your microwave? On weekends hayrides to pick will leave from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm every 15 minutes.

During the time of the course, we will collect items and fill up the journal with ideas and samples. There will be projects in drawing, painting, collaging and 3-dimensional. We will talk about different artists and their approach to art. The goal of the workshop is to help the young artist to discover their own creativity and find pleasure applying it into artforms.
