If they can walk, they can jump! Toddler Time at Sky Zone is a special time just for the little ones, where they can explore exciting new ways to be active, all while staying safe. All Toddler Time activities are specifically designed for children. All toddlers must wear SkySocks
*Toddler Jump will be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and Sunday from 9:30am-11:00am.

Introduce your children and grandchildren to the characters you loved from J.M. Barrie's timeless masterpiece: Wendy Darling, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook, a horde of mischievous Lost Boys, Nana the dog, and – last but not least – a very hungry, ticking crocodile. *Tickets are also offered throughout the week. Saturdays feature two shows at 12:00PM and 7:00PM and Sundays at 12:00 and 4:00pm
Your child will be able to bake many different ypes of holiday cookies including sugar cookies, toll-house cookies, peanut-butter kiss cookies, and chocolate crinkle cookies! Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back!
Our outdoor icerink is an echanting winter forest fit with colored lights and a holiday tree. Also featured at the RiverRink is the Franklin Fountain Confectionary Cabin and the Kids Lodge which offers arcade games! *The RiverRink is open everyday starting November 24.

Through this 10 week session, we not only nurture their love of movement so it becomes a way of life, but give you the chance to nurture your inner child as well!

The focus of this program is to give parents/ caregivers and their tots an opportunity to bond while appreciating the art of cooking. Each week will feature a specific book read and then we will prepare food to accompany the book. This is a hands on cooperative learning experience benefiting both parent and child.
Dancers will study many styles of Jazz and Tap during this fun and energetic class in a confident, upbeat environment. Girls and boys are required to wear comfortable athletic clothing that is easy move in. Please pull hair off face to ensure safety and bring your Tap and Jazz shoes to class. *Dancers will perform a showcase for family and friends the last week of the program!

Crazy Chemworks will allow children to use their hands as real mad scientists in this whirlwind class on how a lab works! Children will learn to recognize chemical reactions and mix up a few reactive ingredients, explore the pH extremes, create slime and then enter the "Slime Olympics". Children will also be able to discover amazing things that glow bright in the dark and come to light, push the power of tape to the limits in this adhesive hour on things that cling, build a bond with glue and get attached to Professor Beakerdude, manipulate matter in all of its three states, and melt metal in boiling water and freeze water with just a breath of dry ice.
Read to our therapy dog and make a craft! Feel free to bring your own favorite book or borrow one from the library!

This is a baby/toddler experience that is fun for kids and parents! That's right, kids ages 5 & under are instructed in self expression through live music. It is highly interactive and educational. It is also FREE with a suggested donation of $5! Not to mention . . . parents get a chance to sit back, relax and enjoy a hot or cold beverage for once. The Treehouse Coffee Shop offers healthy, home grown food, snacks and drinks! Come check it out!
Join our education staff for a fun and engaging program about one of our resident animals. We will read books, do a craft, and learn about a different animal each month.
Adventure Aquarium is transformed into a winter wonderland under the sea, featuring the world’s tallest underwater Christmas tree! Housed in the Shark Realm, the 18-foot tree is decorated with corals, colorful shells and thousands of twinkling lights. The aquarium’s festivities also include holiday photo-ops with Santa Claus, story-time sessions with an elf, a “snow shower” dance party, and beyond. *This event runs through December 30.
Our weekly group is a safe place for mothers to get breastfeeding support, as well as develop friendship and community. New Mommy Meet Up is an open discussion of breastfeeding, mothering, sleeping, parenting and anything else that comes up. Although facilitated by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mother to mother advice and support are invaluable tools on your breastfeeding journey. We do not require pre registration for our Mommy Meet Up, drop in when it's convenient for you!

The class is designed for ages 3-6 and will require a leotard, tights,ballet, and tap shoes. *Students enrolled in this 10 week program, will perform an end of session showcase for their family and friends!

Sensory Rebound is limited to children with special needs and their families. It is hosted in a vast indoor environment, giving children and their family members plenty of room to bounce and play safely. Children must be at least 34" to bounce, have a completed electronic waiver, and have socks to bounce. *This event is offered on the first Tuesday of every month.
Children ages Twelve Months up to Three and half years old along with their parents/caregivers are invited to learn through play. Lead by an instructor, each class will offer a session full of music, stories, movement & fun.

Our "Starfish" lessons are a small group introductory skills course for children ages three and up. In this course, children focus on preparing for swim stroke classes by learning the basics of "face-in" breathing and being able to demonstrate propulsion techniques. All of our classes vary on both age and skill level.
Our Learn to Skate program, which includes 30 minutes of professional instruction and 30 minutes of practice time each week, will help your child become a better skater! *This program is also offered on Friday's and Sunday's. Class will not be held on November 26.

Come our and Play to Grow with Chelsie Young, Child Development Specialist For babies and children, play is their work. Play is how babies learn. In this class, caregivers and their babies will find ways to interact using simple songs, fingerplays, and household materials. Each week, we will review a different area of development - cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and physical development, and how to incorporate play. By stimulating baby’s senses with play we can foster strong relationships with caregivers, more restful sleep, and an overall happier baby. This class will provide parents with information and activities to implement at home while meeting other new parents to become part of a community of mindful caregivers. Babies are welcome in this class!

This cooking program is designed to teach kids about healthful eating. Children will learn how to make nutritional snacks and meals, using fresh garden vegetables as well as healthy alternatives to popular favorites. We will also learn to safely use knives, stove, oven, and blender. Each child will earn a certificate of accomplishment and receive a book of recipes upon completion of the course.
The Village Playbox invites you to join us for the ultimate youth theatre experience! Each student will have the chance to audition (everyone participates), act, and assist with set design, costuming and props. Festive lights, winter treats and holiday cheer will fill historic Franklin Square all season long for its all-ages holiday festival and light show. With the spectacular Electrical Spectacle light show as its main feature — the show employs more than 50,000 twinkling lights and dynamic holiday soundtrack — the seasonal outdoor attraction rounds out the ongoing festivities with holiday shopping, themed events and more. *This festival is offered through December 31. Timings are between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on weeknights and 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Fire trucks and floats strung in glittering lights will start at the Scottish Rite and drive down West Franklin Ave. to Grant Ave. toward Knight Park. The Parade will then turn on Browning and follow the park around Park Ave. to Collings and back to N. Atlantic Ave. to end. Trucks from fire companies and organizations all over the region compete for top honors and prizes. Santa follows on the last truck to greet children and spectators and send season’s greetings!

Giant mice, dancing snowflakes, a growing Christmas tree, and an enchanted nutcracker are sure to delight the inner child in everyone. Pennsylvania Ballet’s combination of amazing dancers, gorgeous sets and costumes, and fabulous live orchestra make George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® one of the greatest holiday shows in the country. *The Nutcracker opens on December 9 and runs through December 31. A sensory-friendly performance is offered on December 27 at 12:00 pm.
Kids can wear their PJ's to The Pop Shop on Saturday mornings and their breakfast from the Squirt Menu is FREE Beverages are not included and the child must be accompanied by a paying adult.
