If they can walk, they can jump! Toddler Time at Sky Zone is a special time just for the little ones, where they can explore exciting new ways to be active, all while staying safe. All Toddler Time activities are specifically designed for children. All toddlers must wear SkySocks
*Toddler Jump will be held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and Sunday from 9:30am-11:00am.

Introduce your children and grandchildren to the characters you loved from J.M. Barrie's timeless masterpiece: Wendy Darling, Tinker Bell, Captain Hook, a horde of mischievous Lost Boys, Nana the dog, and – last but not least – a very hungry, ticking crocodile. *Tickets are also offered throughout the week. Saturdays feature two shows at 12:00PM and 7:00PM and Sundays at 12:00 and 4:00pm
Join us for our Holiday Brunch Class in which we will be preparing parfaits made with fresh fruit, pancakes with nutella or chocolate chips, mini omelets made in the oven, and spiced apple cider! Please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back!
Our outdoor icerink is an echanting winter forest fit with colored lights and a holiday tree. Also featured at the RiverRink is the Franklin Fountain Confectionary Cabin and the Kids Lodge which offers arcade games! *The RiverRink is open everyday starting November 24.
Have Tea with the Sugarplum Fairy! Join the Sugarplum Fairy in the ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel, across the street from the Academy of Music! Enjoy a delectable buffet of sandwiches, desserts, tea and hot cocoa, along with the opportunity to take photos with the Sugarplum Fairy, and a magical matinee performance of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker®. *This tea includes ballet performance. . Every holiday season, Reading Terminal Market, Philadelphia’s indoor haven for all things food, sets up an impressive holiday railroad display. This year's all-new display features five magical interactive model train vignettes celebrating the history of the Reading Terminal Market, the Reading Railroad and the joys of the holiday season. *This event runs every day through December 31.
Come and see Frosty the Snowman as performed by the Ritz Theatre Company! A discarded magic top hat brings to life the snowman that a group of children made, until a magician wants it back and the temperature starts to rise. Frosty will melt or no longer be a jolly soul if the kids cannot keep the hat away from the magician. This Christmas adventure will be filled with music and holiday surprises! *This show opens on December 11 and runs through December 16.

The focus of this program is to give parents/ caregivers and their tots an opportunity to bond while appreciating the art of cooking. Each week will feature a specific book read and then we will prepare food to accompany the book. This is a hands on cooperative learning experience benefiting both parent and child.

This is a baby/toddler experience that is fun for kids and parents! That's right, kids ages 5 & under are instructed in self expression through live music. It is highly interactive and educational. Adventure Aquarium is transformed into a winter wonderland under the sea, featuring the world’s tallest underwater Christmas tree! Housed in the Shark Realm, the 18-foot tree is decorated with corals, colorful shells and thousands of twinkling lights. The aquarium’s festivities also include holiday photo-ops with Santa Claus, story-time sessions with an elf, a “snow shower” dance party, and beyond. *This event runs through December 30.

New Mommy Meet Up is an open discussion of breastfeeding, mothering, sleeping, parenting and anything else that comes up. Although facilitated by a Board Certified Lactation Consultant, mother to mother advice and support are invaluable tools on your breastfeeding journey. We do not require pre registration for our Mommy Meet Up, drop in when it's convenient for you!

Our "Starfish" lessons are a small group introductory skills course for children ages three and up. In this course, children focus on preparing for swim stroke classes by learning the basics of "face-in" breathing and being able to demonstrate propulsion techniques. All of our classes vary on both age and skill level.

Come our and Play to Grow with Chelsie Young, Child Development Specialist For babies and children, play is their work. Play is how babies learn. In this class, caregivers and their babies will find ways to interact using simple songs, fingerplays, and household materials. Each week, we will review a different area of development - cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and physical development, and how to incorporate play. By stimulating baby’s senses with play we can foster strong relationships with caregivers, more restful sleep, and an overall happier baby. This class will provide parents with information and activities to implement at home while meeting other new parents to become part of a community of mindful caregivers. Babies are welcome in this class!
This cooking program is designed to teach kids about healthful eating. Children will learn how to make nutritional snacks and meals, using fresh garden vegetables as well as healthy alternatives to popular favorites. We will also learn to safely use knives, stove, oven, and blender. Each child will earn a certificate of accomplishment and receive a book of recipes upon completion of the course.

With the spectacular Electrical Spectacle light show as its main feature — the show employs more than 50,000 twinkling lights and dynamic holiday soundtrack — the seasonal outdoor attraction rounds out the ongoing festivities with holiday shopping, themed events and more. *This festival is offered through December 31. Timings are between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm on weeknights and 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Pennsylvania Ballet’s combination of amazing dancers, gorgeous sets and costumes, and fabulous live orchestra make George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® one of the greatest holiday shows in the country. *The Nutcracker opens on December 9 and runs through December 31. A sensory-friendly performance is offered on December 27 at 12:00 pm.

We will read “Olive, The Other Reindeer" by J. Otto Seibold and Vivian Walsh at our story time! Olive looks a lot like a dog but…she thinks that she is a reindeer. As soon as Santa meets Olive, he likes her. He has a feeling that Olive is just what his sleigh pulling team needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to paint a tubby reindeer after we read the story.
Celebrate the holiday time by enjoying breakfast with Santa! In addition to Breakfast, children's tickets include complimentary ride of the Carousel and Train and a Holiday craft. Parents may bring their own camera.
