Character Creation Camp

In this class students will learn sewing, basic puppetering and sculpture techniques to make their own stop motion puppet gifs. Stop motion is an animation technique that physically manipulates an object so that it appears to move on its own. The object is moved in small increments between individually photographed frames, creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames is played as a fast sequence.

No school? Why not enjoy a full day of fun at Cedar Run? Activities include hikes, games, live animals, crafts, and more. On April 14th and 17th, 2017 children can join us for exciting adventures at Cedar Run. Pre-registration required. Sign-ups must be made at least 1 week in advance. *Programs are planned for outdoors, dress for the weather and bring a packed lunch and water bottle.
