A mindful yoga practice offers an opportunity for you to breathe with movement, connect with your baby, and prepare for labor. This class will guide you through a practice that helps you to release muscle tension, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility & fitness, enhance balance, calm the nervous system, and improve circulation in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Join us at The Garden for a time at the carnival! Children are able to visit our "tattoo" booth, a guessing booth, and to create a silly clown face. They can also try hopscotch, using a hula hoop, and jumping rope. Our butterfly house, carosel, and train will also be available. *Children who come dressed as their favorite sports hero or a circus clown will receive $1 off of admission.
