Kids Art Journal Class

Kids will learn to keep and love their own art journal. Draw, paint, glue, stitch, and tear out parts in one place, and add it on somewhere else. This workshop will enforce the participant's ability to observe his/her environment and channel creativity into art. During the time of the course, we will collect items and fill up the journal with ideas and samples. There will be projects in drawing, painting, collaging and 3-dimensional. We will talk about different artists and their approach to art. The goal of the workshop is to help the young artist to discover their own creativity and find pleasure applying it into artforms.

Tween Voice Lessons

Does your child show a passion for singing? Do you catch them singing their favorite songs when they think you aren't listening? Eilandarts has a great new course to improve their vocal technique while being a part of a fun vocal ensemble.This class will focus on contemporary arrangements of modern music. Students will learn effective vocal warmup and blending techniques, breath mangement skills, and pitch accuracy development. Most of all, your child will meet other singers and learn how to musically interact with them.
