The adults don’t get to have all the fun! Our kids program is action packed and a lot of fun. Every session includes a warm-up, skill session, games, and a WOD (“workout of the day”). Classes are structured to give the athlete progressive training in gymnastics and strength training. Our goal is to build physical and mental strength, leadership skills, teamwork, and gain confidence that will translate into other avenues of their lives.
Friday: Session I, 10AM - 11AM | Session II, 11AM - 12PM
Saturday: 9AM - 10AM

Every Thursday this Fall, families meet outdoors to connect and learn through play. In a 5-part class each week, Tinkergarten Leader, Cait Csiszer, will facilitate an expert-designed play scenario, allowing children of various ages and needs to explore, problem solve, communicate, collaborate, and create together. Parents and caregivers learn, too, as we’ll share insight into your child’s development.
The program progresses to meet each child’s needs season after season. This fall, the curriculum for 18 months-5 years will support the development of a range of cognitive, social/emotional and physical skills. Our focus skill for the season will be problem solving.
